تجمع تقييماتنا بين التحقيق الميداني والنمذجة الإنشائية لفهم ما يجري فعليًا داخل المنشأة، لا الاكتفاء بما هو ظاهر على السطح. نراجع الرسومات والسجلات المتاحة، ونفحص المبنى، ونسجّل العيوب بشكل منهجي، ونبني عند الحاجة نموذجًا إنشائيًا لتقييم القدرة وهوامش السلامة. والنتيجة صورة واضحة ومرتبة الأولويات عن الحالة يمكن للملاك والمشغلين اتخاذ إجراء بشأنها.Our assessments combine field investigation with structural modelling to understand what is actually happening inside a structure — not just what is visible on the surface. We review available drawings and records, inspect the building, record defects systematically, and where necessary build a structural model to evaluate capacity and safety margins. The result is a clear, prioritised picture of condition that owners and operators can act on.
