يقود م. الشنقيطي التوجه الفني والمهني للمكتب منذ تأسيسه في جازان، وحتى انتقاله إلى الرياض عام 2006م، ويظل مشاركًا مباشرة في القرارات الفنية والمهنية الحساسة للمكتب، بما في ذلك التحكيم الهندسي وتقارير الخبرة المستقلة.Eng. Alshankyty has led the office's technical and professional direction since its founding in Jazan, through its move to Riyadh in 2006, and remains directly engaged in the office's sensitive technical and professional decisions — including engineering arbitration and independent expert reporting.
